Detailed Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Airport Arrival – Da Nang City Tour
Your guide and driver will meet you at Da Nang International Airport and transfer you to a local restaurant for lunch. After hotel check-in and some rest, the afternoon city exploration begins.
- 14:00 – Linh Ung Pagoda, Son Tra Peninsula: Start with one of Da Nang’s most peaceful and photogenic spots. The 67-metre Lady Buddha statue — one of the tallest outdoor statues in Vietnam — gazes serenely over the East Sea. Explore the temple grounds and take in panoramic views of Da Nang Bay from the hillside.
- 16:30 – Dragon Bridge: Head to Da Nang’s most iconic landmark — the dragon-shaped bridge spanning the Han River. A great photo opportunity at any time of day.
- 18:30 – Dinner at a local restaurant.
- 20:00 – Han River Night Cruise (tour highlight): Board the cruise at 20:30 for a 1-hour evening sail along the Han River. Watch Da Nang’s illuminated skyline drift past and witness the Dragon Bridge’s fire and water show from the very best seat in the city.
Meal plan: Lunch / Dinner
Day 2: Da Nang – Marble Mountains – Cam Thanh Coconut Village – Hoi An
Please check out and have luggage ready in the hotel lobby before departure.
- 09:00 – Marble Mountains (Ngu Hanh Son): Take the elevator to the summit and explore this cluster of five limestone and marble hills, each named after one of the five natural elements. Wander through Huyen Khong Cave, discover ancient Cham towers and pagodas built directly into the rock face, and enjoy sweeping views of Da Nang. Then visit Non Nuoc Stone Carving Village at the base of the mountains, where skilled artisans have been passing down the craft of marble sculpting for more than 400 years.
- 12:00 – Cam Thanh Coconut Village & Basket Boat Ride: Settle into a traditional round basket boat and glide through the lush coconut palm waterways near Hoi An. Watch local boatmen spin the boat with impressive skill, learn about traditional fishing methods, and soak in the tranquil greenery of this charming eco-village.
- 13:00 – Lunch at a local restaurant.
- 14:30 – Check in to Hoi An Villa Resort. Take time to unwind and enjoy the pool.
- 16:00 – Hoi An Ancient Town: Stroll the lantern-filled streets of Hoi An’s UNESCO-listed Old Town as the afternoon light softens. Visit the Japanese Covered Bridge — the town’s most recognisable symbol — along with the Cantonese Assembly Hall (Hoi Quan Phuc Kien), traditional merchant houses, and artisan boutiques. Browse the Hoi An Night Market at your own pace.
- 20:30 – Coach transfer back to the hotel. (Guests who wish to stay longer and enjoy Hoi An’s nightlife may return by Grab at their own convenience.)
Meal plan: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
Day 3: Da Nang – Ba Na Hills – Da Nang
- 08:00 – Depart for Ba Na Hills, approximately 35 km west of Da Nang. The winding drive through the foothills and countryside is a pleasant start to an exceptional day.
- 09:00 – Ba Na Hills Cable Car: Ascend via one of the world’s longest and highest cable car systems. Watch forests, waterfalls, and rolling mist pass beneath you as you rise toward the summit.
- 09:30 – The Golden Bridge: Walk across this world-famous architectural icon, held aloft by two giant stone hands rising from the hillside. Morning is the ideal time to visit — fewer crowds and the best natural light for photos.
