Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to travel services booked with
Central Travel & Tourism Co., Ltd., operating under the brand
Central Vietnam Tour (“Central Vietnam Tour”, “CVT”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Please read these Terms, the applicable tour description, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy
before submitting a booking. By completing the required acceptance step during booking,
you confirm that you have read and agreed to the applicable terms.

2. Booking Request and Booking Confirmation

Submitting a booking form or booking request does not automatically guarantee availability
or create a confirmed booking.

A booking becomes confirmed when Central Vietnam Tour has reviewed the request and sends
the customer written confirmation by email, booking confirmation, voucher or another
official written communication.

Where payment or a deposit is required, the booking confirmation will specify the amount,
payment method and payment deadline.

For services offering instant online confirmation in the future, the booking process and
confirmation status displayed during checkout will apply.

3. Prices and Inclusions

The applicable price and currency are those displayed on the relevant tour page,
quotation or booking summary at the time the booking is made.

Customers should review the tour’s “Included” and “Excluded” sections before booking.
Unless expressly stated as included, personal expenses and optional services are not
included in the tour price.

Where a payment currency differs from the displayed tour currency, the applicable payment
amount or exchange basis will be communicated before payment is requested.

4. Traveler Categories and Child Pricing

Adult, child, young-child and infant prices and age classifications may vary by tour,
attraction, transport provider, hotel, airline or other supplier.

The traveler categories and prices displayed on the specific tour page or booking summary
take precedence over any general example.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate ages or dates of birth where these
information are required to determine eligibility for child or infant pricing.

5. Payment

Payment requirements vary according to the service. Central Vietnam Tour may require
full payment, a deposit, or payment after availability has been confirmed.

The applicable amount and payment deadline will be stated in the booking confirmation,
quotation or checkout.

Payment methods may include payment to the company’s official bank account, payment at
an authorised company location or, where available, payment through an authorised
payment gateway.

Customers should only make payment using details supplied through an official Central
Vietnam Tour booking confirmation, invoice, payment page or verified communication channel.

A payment is considered received when the relevant funds have been confirmed as received
by Central Vietnam Tour or the authorised payment service provider.

If payment is not received by an agreed deadline, we will normally attempt to contact the
customer before releasing or cancelling reserved services. Where a supplier deadline makes
this impossible, the reservation may lapse according to the conditions disclosed for the
booking.

6. Changes Requested by the Customer

Requests to change travel dates, passenger names, pickup location, room arrangements or
other booking details should be submitted as early as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but changes remain subject to
availability and the rules of relevant suppliers.

Any additional supplier charges or price differences resulting from a requested change
will be communicated to the customer before the change is confirmed.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the
Central Vietnam Tour Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the booking.

Tour-specific cancellation conditions may apply where services such as airline tickets,
hotels, attraction tickets, cruises or other non-refundable supplier services have been
reserved.

Any tour-specific condition that is more restrictive than the standard policy must be
communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed or payment is accepted.

8. No-Show and Late Arrival

Customers are responsible for being at the confirmed pickup or meeting point at the
specified time.

A customer who does not attend the service and does not provide timely cancellation notice
may be treated as a no-show and may not be entitled to a refund.

Where a customer is late, Central Vietnam Tour will make reasonable efforts to assist.
However, we cannot guarantee that a group departure, flight, train, boat, attraction entry
or other scheduled service can be delayed.

Any additional cost required to rejoin the tour or arrange replacement transportation may
be payable by the customer where the delay was within the customer’s control.

9. Itinerary and Operational Changes

Travel conditions may occasionally require reasonable changes to departure times,
transport, attractions, restaurants, hotels or the sequence of an itinerary.

Central Vietnam Tour may make such changes where reasonably necessary for safety,
weather, traffic, operational requirements, supplier changes or circumstances beyond
our reasonable control.

Where a material service cannot be provided, we will make reasonable efforts to provide
a suitable alternative of comparable value or otherwise handle the matter in accordance
with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.

10. Weather and Force Majeure

Some travel activities depend on weather, road, river, sea, park, attraction or government
operating conditions.

Events beyond reasonable control may include severe weather, natural disasters, war,
civil disturbance, epidemic or health emergency, government restrictions, transportation
disruption or closure of attractions and public facilities.

Where such circumstances affect a booking, Central Vietnam Tour will make reasonable
efforts to offer an alternative, reschedule the affected service or recover refundable
amounts from suppliers.

Any refund will take into account amounts actually recoverable from relevant suppliers
and applicable law. We will provide reasonable information about any material
non-refundable supplier charges affecting the refund.

11. Hotels, Transport and Third-Party Suppliers

Hotels, airlines, trains, transport operators, attraction operators and other third-party
suppliers may have their own operating rules and conditions.

Central Vietnam Tour will use reasonable care in selecting and arranging services and will
assist customers where disruption occurs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be
excluded or limited.

12. Special Requests, Health and Accessibility

Customers should advise us before booking, or as soon as reasonably possible, of important
dietary requirements, mobility considerations, medical considerations or other needs that
may affect participation in the requested service.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee a
request unless it has been expressly confirmed.

13. Travel Documents

Where passports, visas, identification documents, permits or other travel documents are
required, customers are responsible for ensuring that their documents are valid and
appropriate for the journey unless Central Vietnam Tour has expressly agreed in writing
to provide a particular document-related service.

14. Personal Belongings and Luggage

Customers remain responsible for their luggage, money, passports, mobile devices and other
personal belongings during travel.

Where loss or damage involves a transport provider, hotel or other supplier, Central
Vietnam Tour will reasonably assist the customer in contacting the relevant provider or
authority.

15. Information Provided by the Customer

Customers must provide reasonably accurate information required to process a booking.
This may include traveler names, contact details, travel dates, ages, pickup details and
other information relevant to the selected service.

A person making a booking on behalf of other travelers should be authorised to provide
the necessary booking information and should communicate the applicable booking conditions
to those travelers.

16. Personal Data

Personal data is handled in accordance with our
Privacy Policy and applicable Vietnamese law.

Operational processing reasonably necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage a booking
and provide the requested travel service is separate from optional marketing preferences.

17. Complaints and Service Issues

If a problem arises during a tour, customers should notify the guide, driver, tour operator
or Central Vietnam Tour as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to
assist and, where possible, resolve the issue during the trip.

Post-trip complaints should include the booking reference and relevant supporting
information and may be sent to our official email address.

18. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

The parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve any disagreement through good-faith
communication and negotiation.

If the matter cannot be resolved, either party may pursue the dispute through the competent
authority, court, arbitration mechanism or other procedure available under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory right of a consumer to make
a complaint, seek legal remedies or exercise other rights available under applicable law.

19. Version and Changes

These Terms apply according to the version disclosed to the customer when the relevant
booking is submitted or confirmed.

Any later update to the website Terms will not retrospectively change an already confirmed
booking unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Customer Acceptance

During online booking, customers may be required to actively confirm that they have read
and agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions and the applicable Refund & Cancellation
Policy before submitting the booking.

Central Vietnam Tour may retain the booking reference, version of the accepted terms and
the date and time of acceptance as part of the booking record.

Các Điều khoản Đặt tour này áp dụng đối với các dịch vụ du lịch được đặt với
Công ty TNHH Du lịch & Lữ hành Miền Trung – Central Travel & Tourism Co., Ltd.,
hoạt động dưới thương hiệu Central Vietnam Tour.

Khách hàng vui lòng đọc các Điều khoản này, thông tin tour và Chính sách Hoàn tiền &
Hủy tour áp dụng trước khi gửi yêu cầu đặt dịch vụ.

2. Yêu cầu đặt dịch vụ và xác nhận booking

Việc khách hàng gửi biểu mẫu hoặc yêu cầu đặt tour không đồng nghĩa với việc dịch vụ đã
được xác nhận chắc chắn.

Booking được xem là đã xác nhận khi Central Vietnam Tour kiểm tra yêu cầu và gửi xác nhận
bằng email, voucher, booking confirmation hoặc một hình thức thông báo chính thức bằng văn bản.

Nếu booking yêu cầu đặt cọc hoặc thanh toán, số tiền, phương thức và thời hạn thanh toán
sẽ được nêu rõ trong xác nhận booking.

3. Giá và dịch vụ bao gồm

Giá và loại tiền tệ áp dụng là thông tin được hiển thị trên trang tour, báo giá hoặc bản
tóm tắt booking tại thời điểm khách hàng đặt dịch vụ.

Khách hàng cần kiểm tra kỹ phần “Bao gồm” và “Không bao gồm”.
Các chi phí cá nhân hoặc dịch vụ tùy chọn không được xem là bao gồm nếu không được nêu rõ.

4. Phân loại khách và giá trẻ em

Độ tuổi và mức giá Người lớn, Trẻ em, Trẻ nhỏ hoặc Em bé có thể khác nhau tùy từng tour
và chính sách của nhà cung cấp.

Thông tin hiển thị tại tour cụ thể hoặc booking summary được ưu tiên áp dụng.

5. Thanh toán

Tùy dịch vụ, Central Vietnam Tour có thể yêu cầu thanh toán toàn bộ, đặt cọc hoặc thanh
toán sau khi công ty xác nhận khả năng cung cấp dịch vụ.

Số tiền và thời hạn thanh toán sẽ được thông báo rõ trong booking confirmation, báo giá
hoặc checkout.

Khách hàng chỉ nên thanh toán theo thông tin tài khoản, hóa đơn hoặc trang thanh toán chính
thức do Central Vietnam Tour cung cấp.

6. Thay đổi booking theo yêu cầu khách hàng

Yêu cầu thay đổi ngày đi, tên khách, địa điểm đón hoặc dịch vụ khác nên được gửi càng sớm
càng tốt.

Central Vietnam Tour sẽ hỗ trợ trong phạm vi hợp lý nhưng thay đổi phụ thuộc vào tình trạng
dịch vụ và chính sách của nhà cung cấp.

Nếu phát sinh chênh lệch giá hoặc phí của nhà cung cấp, khách hàng sẽ được thông báo trước
khi thay đổi được xác nhận.

7. Hủy và hoàn tiền

Việc hủy và hoàn tiền được thực hiện theo
Chính sách Hoàn tiền & Hủy tour của Central Vietnam Tour.

Một số dịch vụ như vé máy bay, khách sạn, vé tham quan hoặc dịch vụ đặt trước có thể có
điều kiện riêng và không hoàn lại.

Điều kiện riêng nghiêm ngặt hơn chính sách tiêu chuẩn phải được thông báo cho khách hàng
trước khi booking được xác nhận hoặc trước khi nhận thanh toán.

8. No-show và đến muộn

Khách hàng có trách nhiệm có mặt tại điểm đón hoặc điểm hẹn đúng giờ đã được xác nhận.

Khách không tham gia dịch vụ và không thông báo hủy đúng thời hạn có thể được xem là
no-show và không được hoàn tiền.

Nếu khách đến muộn, Central Vietnam Tour sẽ cố gắng hỗ trợ nhưng không thể đảm bảo các
chuyến xe đoàn, chuyến bay, tàu, thuyền hoặc dịch vụ theo giờ có thể chờ.

9. Điều chỉnh lịch trình

Central Vietnam Tour có thể điều chỉnh hợp lý thời gian, thứ tự điểm tham quan, phương tiện,
nhà hàng, khách sạn hoặc một phần chương trình khi cần thiết vì lý do an toàn, thời tiết,
giao thông, vận hành hoặc thay đổi từ nhà cung cấp.

Nếu một dịch vụ quan trọng không thể cung cấp, công ty sẽ nỗ lực bố trí phương án thay thế
hợp lý hoặc xử lý theo pháp luật và hoàn cảnh thực tế của booking.

10. Thời tiết và bất khả kháng

Một số hoạt động du lịch phụ thuộc vào thời tiết, điều kiện đường sá, sông biển, công viên,
điểm tham quan hoặc quy định của cơ quan quản lý.

Khi xảy ra sự kiện ngoài khả năng kiểm soát hợp lý, Central Vietnam Tour sẽ cố gắng bố trí
phương án thay thế, đổi lịch hoặc thu hồi phần chi phí có thể hoàn lại từ nhà cung cấp.

Khoản hoàn tiền sẽ căn cứ vào số tiền thực tế có thể thu hồi từ các nhà cung cấp liên quan
và quy định pháp luật áp dụng.

11. Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ

Khách sạn, hãng hàng không, đường sắt, nhà xe, đơn vị vận chuyển và điểm tham quan có thể
có các quy định vận hành riêng.

Central Vietnam Tour sẽ thực hiện sự cẩn trọng hợp lý khi lựa chọn và bố trí dịch vụ và
hỗ trợ khách hàng khi có sự cố.

Không nội dung nào trong Điều khoản này nhằm loại trừ hoặc hạn chế trách nhiệm mà pháp luật
không cho phép loại trừ hoặc hạn chế.

12. Yêu cầu đặc biệt, sức khỏe và khả năng di chuyển

Khách hàng nên thông báo sớm về yêu cầu ăn uống, hạn chế vận động, tình trạng sức khỏe hoặc
các nhu cầu quan trọng có thể ảnh hưởng đến việc tham gia tour.

Công ty sẽ cố gắng hỗ trợ nhưng chỉ những yêu cầu đã được xác nhận rõ mới được xem là cam kết.

13. Giấy tờ du lịch

Khi tour yêu cầu hộ chiếu, visa, giấy tờ tùy thân hoặc giấy phép khác, khách hàng có trách
nhiệm bảo đảm giấy tờ hợp lệ trừ khi công ty đã đồng ý bằng văn bản cung cấp dịch vụ cụ thể
liên quan đến giấy tờ đó.

14. Hành lý và tài sản cá nhân

Khách hàng chịu trách nhiệm bảo quản hành lý, tiền, hộ chiếu, điện thoại và tài sản cá nhân.

Nếu xảy ra mất mát liên quan đến nhà xe, khách sạn hoặc nhà cung cấp khác, Central Vietnam Tour
sẽ hỗ trợ hợp lý trong việc liên hệ đơn vị hoặc cơ quan liên quan.

15. Thông tin khách hàng cung cấp

Khách hàng cần cung cấp thông tin hợp lý và chính xác cần thiết để xử lý booking.

Người đặt dịch vụ thay cho những thành viên khác cần có quyền cung cấp thông tin cần thiết
và có trách nhiệm chuyển các điều kiện booking liên quan cho những người cùng tham gia.

16. Dữ liệu cá nhân

Dữ liệu cá nhân được xử lý theo Chính sách Bảo mật của Central Vietnam Tour
và pháp luật Việt Nam áp dụng.

17. Khiếu nại và sự cố dịch vụ

Nếu phát sinh vấn đề trong chuyến đi, khách hàng nên thông báo sớm cho hướng dẫn viên,
lái xe, điều hành tour hoặc Central Vietnam Tour để công ty có cơ hội hỗ trợ và xử lý.

Khiếu nại sau chuyến đi nên cung cấp mã booking và thông tin liên quan và có thể được gửi
qua email chính thức của công ty.

18. Giải quyết tranh chấp

Các bên được khuyến khích ưu tiên giải quyết bất đồng thông qua trao đổi và thương lượng
thiện chí.

Nếu không thể giải quyết, mỗi bên có quyền sử dụng cơ quan có thẩm quyền, tòa án, trọng tài
hoặc phương thức giải quyết khác theo quy định pháp luật áp dụng.

Không nội dung nào trong Điều khoản này nhằm hạn chế quyền khiếu nại, khởi kiện hoặc các
quyền hợp pháp khác của người tiêu dùng.

19. Phiên bản điều khoản

Booking áp dụng phiên bản điều khoản được cung cấp cho khách hàng tại thời điểm khách gửi
hoặc xác nhận booking.

Việc Central Vietnam Tour cập nhật điều khoản sau đó không tự động làm thay đổi booking
đã được xác nhận, trừ khi hai bên đồng ý hoặc pháp luật yêu cầu.

20. Xác nhận đồng ý của khách hàng

Trong quá trình đặt tour trực tuyến, khách hàng có thể được yêu cầu chủ động xác nhận đã
đọc và đồng ý với Booking Terms & Conditions và Refund & Cancellation Policy trước khi
gửi booking.

Central Vietnam Tour có thể lưu mã booking, phiên bản điều khoản và thời gian khách hàng
xác nhận đồng ý làm một phần của hồ sơ booking.
