REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
With a strong commitment to providing reliable, high-quality, and attentive services, PHU LOC TRADING & SERVICE CO., LTD strives to offer our valued customers the best products and customer care experience.
Accordingly, customers may modify their orders (tours, accommodation bookings) or even cancel a tour or booking within the applicable time frame as specified by CentralVietNamTour
Tour/Booking Cancellation by the Customer:
Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 15% of the total tour price
Cancellation 20 days before departure: 25% of the total tour price
Cancellation 15 days before departure: 30% of the total tour price
Cancellation 7 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
Cancellation within 3 days of departure: 100% of the total tour price
Warranty – Exchange – Refund Conditions
In the event that the customer wishes to cancel a Central Vietnam Tour or cancel an accommodation booking, the customer must comply with the compensation terms stated above.
In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, wars, etc., neither party shall be liable for compensation.
In the event of any errors made by CentralVietNamTour regarding the tour date, time, or itinerary, we will take full responsibility and provide compensation according to mutual agreement.
